• Collection of Know Your Client (KYC) and other required information.

• Risk profiling and suitability assessment, wherever applicable.

Disclosure to Clients

• Disclosure of all material information, including conflicts of interest, if any.

• Disclosure of the terms and conditions governing the research services.

Research Services

• Distribution of research reports and recommendations without discrimination.

• Maintenance of confidentiality with respect to research reports until such reports are made available to clients or the public, as applicable.

• Provision of research recommendations based on analytical and research-based methodologies.

D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

At Fiinaspiira Research Services, investor satisfaction is of utmost importance.

In case of any grievance or complaint, investors may first contact the Research Analyst through the contact details provided on the website. The Research Analyst shall endeavor to resolve the grievance in a timely and satisfactory manner.

If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, investors may lodge their complaint through SEBI’s SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) platform.

Don’ts

• Do not provide funds or securities to the Research Analyst for investment purposes.

• Do not fall prey to misleading advertisements, rumors, or promises of guaranteed returns.

• Do not get influenced by gifts, incentives, discounts, or other inducements while selecting a Research Analyst.

• Do not share trading account credentials, Demat account credentials, passwords, OTPs, or any confidential information with the Research Analyst.
